My real estate career allows me to employ the latest technology in graphics, social media, video editing and photography.

With today’s mobile technology, I am able to bring your property to the desktop or mobile device of people searching for their next home.

I continually take classes to enhance my skill set and have completed advanced certifications and coursework.

I chose a real estate career shortly after adopting my daughter, Hunter, in 2001. I had enjoyed more than a decade of challenging technology sales in New York City. I found many of my marketing and sales skills transferred nicely to the real estate industry while letting me travel less. I got my first listing the day I started at a nationally branded real estate company. I closed that first transaction shortly thereafter and watched the commission I had earned halved as royalty fees, desk fees, and broker’s fees were taken out. My first thoughts were: I can do this better. I can provide
a better service for less.

I have always loved learning – from playing guitar by ear to earning a Masters degree while working full time.
I developed a listing and marketing system for my clients. Within a year of entering the real estate field, I opened Access Coastal Realty. For the next eight years I offered my services for a 1.5% listing commission. This idea culminated with my flat fee offering in 2013.

The feedback I get from sellers is heartwarming. They appreciate the devotion I give to the sale of their home, to doing my very best at a fair price. My clients have referred me to their friends, coworkers and family members. Their referrals confirm my belief that I continue to meet a need in the real estate industry.
